About the role:
- Work together with cross-functional teams to comprehend project specifications and provide creative solutions.
- Participate in the planning, creation, testing, and implementation of software systems or applications.
- Assist with the examination and resolution of technical problems to preserve our products’ high availability and performance.
- Follow software engineering best practices and take part in code reviews.
- Participate in the documentation of program functionalities and technical procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies by participating in ongoing education and training.
- Support the engineering department’s efforts to optimize workflows and procedures.
- Attend team meetings on a regular basis and report on the progress and milestones of the project.
- Integrate into a scrum team during a six-month timeframe.
About you:
- Enrolled in an approved engineering program right now or having just graduated from one (such as computer science, electrical engineering, software engineering, or a similar discipline).
- Shown knowledge of engineering and software development concepts.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python, C++, Java, or others.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Capacity to operate both individually and in a cooperative team.
- Willingness to take on difficult work and master new technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- On a 10-point scale, a CPI (Cumulative Performance Index) of seven or higher
- prior involvement in a technical project or internship.
- knowledge of software development techniques and technologies, such as GitHub, Python, Junit, Mockito, and Agile/Scrum.
- familiarity with web services, APIs, and databases.
- Knowledge of AI and ML technologies
