What you’ll be doing:
- It is expected of developers to create medium-to-complex business logic in C++ and to create high-quality apps utilizing STL.
- Creates and incorporates VC++ programs in accordance with specified guidelines to add new content to LSEG products.
- Complies with industry standards and software development guidelines while developing software utilizing methods that have been appropriately modified.
- Supports the settlement of customer inquiries by modifying current apps that produce or provide material for LSEG products.
- Performs automated unit testing to make sure the program satisfies client and business needs.
- Assist operations or other development teams with technical support.
- Gives updates on the state of their own project scope.
- Takes part in status and internal team meetings.
- Analyzes development needs with teammates during sprint planning sessions.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelors degree or masters degree in computer science or related fields.
- Excellent C++ programming and Windows C++ application debugging.
- Grasp of programming in Java.
- Knowledge of the financial domain (good to have).
