To be eligible for the ServiceNow Women Code to Win 2024 you must have the below eligibility criteria.
- Should currently be enrolled as a full-time student at a College/University in India .
- The candidate should be a women.
- Should be graduating in the year 2024, 2025, 2026 or 2027 (for Integrated programs)
- Degree: Bachelors / Master’s in Engineering / MCA / M. Sc.
How to create a team for ServiceNow Women Code to Win 2024
Teams in the ServiceNow Women Code to Win 2024 can be made by following manner:
- Determine who is the leader of your team.
- Each member of the team must separately fulfill the admission requirements.
- There can only be three pupils per team.
- Teams are only to be created from members of the same college.
- A student is not allowed to play on more than one team.
- After registering, team members cannot be modified.
- No changes to the team composition after registration
- Competing teams in the hackathon are required to be present the entire time.
- Teams who experience member withdrawals at any point throughout the competition will be eliminated.
- Group A
- Group of female students that will graduate in 2024
- Team members from different graduating years are not mixed up.
- Group B
- Group of female students that will graduate in 2025–2026
- Team members may be mixed up, but only if they are 2025 or 2026 graduating team members.
What is the Hiring Process for ServiceNow Women Code to Win 2024?
The Hiring Process for ServiceNow Women Code to Win 2024 are as follows:
- Coding Test:
- Participants in the ServiceNow Women Code to Win Contest will be judged on their technical and coding abilities at this entry-level.
- Two coding problems with varied degrees of difficulty will need to be solved by participants in ninety minutes.
- Anytime during the allotted eight hours is acceptable to attempt the coding round.
- It is up to the participants to code in the language of their choice.
- Accuracy, Speed (Time Taken), and Start Time are used to determine ranking. The person who started and ended sooner will be ranked higher in the event of a tie in scores.
- Each member of the team must attempt this round on their own.
- In the following rounds, the team’s ranking will be determined by the total test scores.
- Ideathon Round:
- The student teams’ capacity for original thought, problem-solving, and design thinking will be tested at this level!
- There will be designated topics and matching problem statements given to every student team. Students also have the freedom to select their own original problem statement from among the pre-assigned themes.
- It is anticipated that the concept for the selected problem statement will be submitted together with the proposal’s functional and fundamental technological design.
- Teams can record the idea’s functional and technical components in a Word or PowerPoint document format.
- Prior to the panel team’s arrival, each student team will have fifteen minutes to respond to questions from the panel.
- The teams that made the cut for this round will move on to the next one.
- Prototype Building and Mentoring Sessions:
- Here’s where your concepts come to life. It is necessary to transform your Level 2 nominated idea into a working prototype in order to show it to the jury in the finals.
- During four mentorship meetings, subject matter experts from ServiceNow will provide invaluable guidance and insight to your team in order to develop a functional model.
- Finale Presentations:
- The grand finale presentation will be witnessed by contest finalists on an all-expenses-paid trip to the ServiceNow Hyderabad Office.
- Teams will showcase their application to the panel of judges, outlining the features they have developed in response to the idea they submitted.
- The day of the results will see their announcement.
