Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Enforce best practices for software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.) to produce high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code.
- Collaborate with the product owners to comprehend the specific needs and take ownership of your code throughout the design, development, test automation, and user delivery of a high-caliber solution.
- Create user-friendly software that enables users to expand and alter the functionality to suit their own requirements.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of new features and products while improving the current array of goods.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Bachelors degree or a Masters degree in Computer science, electronics or related field.
- 0–2+ years of Java or related object-oriented language experience
- Enthusiasm for componentization, reusability, and JavaScript on the Web
- familiarity with object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and size and performance issues
- familiarity with any of the contemporary UI frameworks, such as Vue, React, or Angular
- analytical and creative abilities
- Working familiarity with and proficiency with tools (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools) that help with daily chores
