As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to:
- Handle simple troubleshooting for any integration platform, Boomi, dotNet-based internal applications, and API-related queries.
- Working together via chat, email, or remote desktop connections with customers and vendors.
- Elevation of operational support
- Knowledge of and expertise in change management, problem solving, and incident management.
- Keep up OLA and SLA agreements with various business units of Micron.
- Should automate routine chores and be proactive.
- Adaptable to work shifts in order to give apps round-the-clock assistance
Specific responsibilities:
- Continuously enhances operations by taking proactive measures and routinely evaluating system performance parameters.
- Reviewing the processes for incident, problem, change, trend analysis, configuration, and system log files.
- When it’s necessary to make system or architectural changes to enhance performance, high availability, scalability, or suggest novel technologies, collaborates with the solution and enterprise architects.
- Through knowledge management, testing, disaster recovery plan preparation, and roadmap process, ensures architectural consistency and gives technical direction.
- Preparing all the documentation required for any environmental modifications or cutting-edge technological installations to serve as the global operation team’s reference architecture.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong ability to solve problems.
- Ability to comprehend and identify technical problems.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, Azure, and AWS cloud services.
- Proficiency with script or code debugging.
- Analysis of backend data.
- Platform integration experience.
- Outstanding communication abilities to provide clients with effective support.
- Familiarity with Powershell and Python
- Knowledgeable about the ITSM tools and the associated processes.
- It’s helpful to know how to apply generative AI technologies in daily work.
