Job Description
In the EDD, we are hiring an analyst/executive. Working with a group of analysts and executives to carry out projects for global KPMG teams and customers (onshore teams) will be one of your duties in this team. Furthermore, you will need to:
- Integrity of Conduct Senior Management, Due Diligence, and Counterparty Due Diligence Due Diligence investigations to assist clients in evaluating regulatory, reputational, and jurisdictional risks.
- Utilizing a range of other internet resources for research, particularly corporate databases and business registries across several nations and languages
- Converting and condensing information from multiple languages into clear, precise reports in English
- Combining the aforementioned abilities to provide clients with timely and pertinent reports
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- strong abilities in secondary research
- a basic comprehension of financial statements and accounting
- Knowledge of business structures and regulatory frameworks, including how to break down complicated ownership structures using documents and outside research
- familiarity with business registers, OFAC, and negative news screening databases including LexisNexis, World Check, Dow Jones, and Google News
- the capacity to accurately and succinctly explain information from other languages into English
Preferred Skills:
- A commerce bachelor’s degree
- The ideal candidate will have 0–1 year of relevant experience in a comparable position, preferably in a strategic research or internal services team within major technology businesses, or in a professional services firm or third-party KPO.
- Work somewhat on your own while receiving the necessary supervision and direction from the manager, assistant manager, or team lead.
- exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Paying close attention to details; Being flexible in a fast-paced setting where deadlines and priorities are always changing;
