Job description for QA Analyst
Skills & Requirements:
- Self-driven, flexible, and innovative with outstanding analytical, problem-solving,
and communication skills. - Strong knowledge on preparing test cases, executing test cases and reporting
bugs. - In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle.
- Having knowledge on API testing.
- Having knowledge on basic SQL queries.
- Proficient in all forms of functional testing across all browsers and devices.
- Understanding of fundamental testing techniques.
- Knowledge on bug life cycle.
- Have experience on any test management tool (ex: JIRA)
- Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
- Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure that all objectives are met.
- Report defect summary and test progress to QA lead.
- Ensuring the quality of the system as a whole
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to
ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved. - Collaborating with coworkers to facilitate the creation and testing of significant
and complex applications as required. - Troubleshooting/debugging any errors in the testing applications.
- Ensuring all tests and processes meet agreed upon defined standards.
- Actively participates in discussions and regularly leads discussions.
Good to have skills
- Have knowledge on UI Automation tools like Selenium using Python or Java
(Python is preferred). - Understanding of scalability and performance testing metrics and methodology.
- Good to have exposure in tools like JMeter, Gatling, etc.
- Understands CI tools like Jenkins and can take builds for testing.
Education & Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech, MCA, M.E/MTech. 2-3 years of previous software testing and test
plan designer experience. - Strong analytical skills, creative and critical thinking ability and problem-solving

Job Description for SDET – 1 Role
This role requires a candidate who has the willingness to learn and work on both web and mobile testing along with web services/API and mobile automation. The candidate must have good designing and programming skills with Java/Python or any other in-demand programming language.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the automation of front-end applications using Selenium WebDriver/ Katalon/ Cypress etc.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining functional, regression, integration and end-to end tests using Java and/or Python.
- Maintaining and enhancing test automation frameworks.
- Responsible for assisting and creating scalable, maintainable and distributed test
frameworks/ tools for continuous integration. - Responsible for thinking strategically to improve testing processes while providing high quality and scalable solutions.
- Conducting performance and load testing on the application in test.
- Responsible for assisting peersthrough differentissues and timely reporting testmetrices and test reports to seniors.
- Responsible for taking ownership of the test deliverable.
