Position Summary:
Right out of college, you will help Bentley improve the global infrastructure by gaining real-world experience, developing your talents, contributing to company success, and working remotely with professionals in the field. During a two-year rotational program, an Associate Software Engineer in our Graduate Development Program will work with up to four different teams and gain a broad range of technical skills. Our curriculum also exposes you to cutting-edge technologies and important business practices, putting you on a fast track for career advancement.
In order to help you discover your ideal match at Bentley, the Graduate Development program also incorporates one-on-one mentorship and career development support. Upon completion of the program, you will select a team that aligns with your skills and future career goals!
Your Day-to-Day:
The responsibilities of a Software Engineer include design, implementation, testing and support of product features:
- Common Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, C++, C#, Python
- Technology: Node.js, iModelHub, ASP.NET, Kubernetes, Azure Microsoft Webservices and more!
Collaborate weekly with your global colleagues, where you will support each other in relation to team goals. Expand your skillset as your responsibilities increase with each new task that connects with the overall project objective.
- This is a full-time position expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- This role requires communication with Managers, peers and other colleagues of the company by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
What You Bring to The Team:
- 2024 BE/ BTech passouts in CSE/IT degree
- Internship or significant project experience developing Windows/Desktop products using C, C++, Java, .Net etc
- Exposure to JavaScript and TypeScript
- Knowledgeable of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Passionate for programming
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn and adapt
